Gluten Free Canelé

Gluten. Free. Canele.

We have finally developed our gluten free canelé that tastes as good as its gluten friend. Infused with Tahitian vanilla and Stroh rum, it has a slightly thicker crust that still becomes crispy and a little more of a fluffy texture than the gluten version.

Minimum order 4 canelés. For orders over 48, please contact us.

We require 48 hours notice for every canelés order.

Please contact us if you require them urgently as we may be able to complete your order, but there is no guarantee.

To produce the best tasting canelé, we use premium ingredients and support local, small businesses where possible.

Our original canelés contain milk, sugar, eggs, butter, white rice flour, potato starch, cassava flour, xantham gum, rum, vanilla and salt.
